Deburrix® HF-1500
Robot deburring cell Deburrix® HF, tailored for smaller batch sizes, with high flexibility regarding product variants in manufacturing. Ideally suited for the One-Piece-Flow principle, positioned directly next to machining machines for maximum flexibility. The modular design and innovative base cell enable a wide variety of equipment, and all options are retrofittable.
The HF product line is combinable with various deburring tools, data acquisition systems, part cleaning facilities, and torque motors for rotating the component to enhance machining accessibility.
Due to the increased size, machining of larger components is also possible, such as aluminum housings with complex geometries and numerous undercuts and breakthroughs.
