Sandpaper tool

The Sandpaper tool is a highly developed robotic deburring tool that was specifically developed for deburring high-precision components. The innovative deburring tools work on the basis of sandpaper/abrasive cloth.

These tools are designed to remove burrs from edges, slots (width up to 0.26 mm), holes from precise and repeatable components. Even hard-to-reach processing areas, different geometries and component dimensions, as well as many materials can be easily deburred with Sandpaper tool. The adjacent surfaces are not damaged and edges can be rounded with a certain radius.

By automatically renewing the sandpaper/abrasive cloth, the removal rate of the tool remains constant and the deburring result is very reproducible - this guarantees a high quality of processing.

The tool materials used are durable and wear-resistant.
